Colours are fully intermixable for custom tones, or can be used on their own. These are perfect to use for bleach and tone colour services and can also be used for grey blending techniques.
Artistic Toners are progressive. Meaning the longer you leave the product on the hair, the deeper the colour deposit will be.
Directions of use:
In a non-metallic bowl mix 1:2 to 1:3 Artistic Toner with 5v (1.5%) Deluxe Cream Developer
Process 5 -10 minutes for softer deposit or 10-20 min for a deeper deposit
